My Autistic World

I'm Matt Kandik. I was late-diagnosed autistic at 42, burned out, masked up, and finally done "faking it". Now I'm a podcaster, coach, and advocate for autistic adults who are tired of chasing neurotypical checklists. Through storytelling and coaching, I help people make sense of their diagnosis, recover their energy, and finally build a life that fits them. Your brain isn't broken- it's just working with a map for the wrong world.

No generic tips. No fix-it mindset. Just real support from someone who's lived it. #actuallyautistic.
